Beef STIR FRY

Ingredients:

1lb flank steak

1 bag stir fry vegetables

Brown rice stir fry noodles

Green onions

Beef broth

Brown sugar

Soy sauce

Rice vinegar

Sesame oil 

Sesame seeds 

Corn starch

Minced garlic

Sriracha

Pepper

Instructions:

Marinate meat in gallon bag and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.

1 lb flank steak

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp sesame oil 

1 tbsp sesame seeds 

Minced garlic

Pepper

Heat large wok to medium-high and cook marinated meat. 

Also, boil water and start to cook rice noodles.

While both are cooking, prepare stir fry sauce (not exact measurements, toss in little globs)

1/4 cup beef broth

Tsp soy sauce

Tsp Rice vinegar

Tsp Sesame oil 

Tsp corn starch 

Tsp brown sugar

Tsp minced garlic 

Green onions 

Remove meat from wok and place aside. Add stir fry vegetables to the pan.

Pour stir fry sauce on top and cook until vegetables have softened.

Add meat back along with rice noodles to the vegetables. Add sriracha as needed and mix.
