SALMON PATTY

Serves: 2-3 servings
Ingredients:
15 oz can salmon
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
1 large egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salmon seasoning (optional)
1 lemon
Avocado oil
Parsley
Instructions:
Drain can of salmon and mix together with 1 large egg in a medium mixing bowl (use fresh salmon is desired).
Add plain greek yogurt, dijon mustard, seasonings, and a lemon squeeze. Mix together.
Heat large skillet on medium heat and add avocado oil.
Make 1/4 cup patties 1/2 inch thick, and cook on skillet for 5 minutes on each side.
Put a scoop of plain greek yogurt on top with some parsley. Enjoy.
