PROTEIN PANCAKES
Ingredients:
1 cup kodiak pancake mix
1 cup fat free mootopia milk
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
1tbsp baking powder
1tbsp cinnamon
1 banana
Directions:
Mix pancake mix, milk, whey protein, baking powder, cinnamon, and banana in large bowl.
Spray flat iron with cooking spray and set to low-medium heat.
Cook until you see bubbles on the top of the pancake (roughly 8 minutes).
Flip and repeat.
Add non fat Greek yogurt, sliced bananas, and top with Maple syrup.
