Crispy Eggplant bacon
Ingredients:
1 large Eggplant
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Sesame oil
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Paprika
Salt & Pepper
Instructions:
Thinly slice eggplant into pieces resembling bacon strips.
In a small mixing bowl, stir soy sauce, sesame oil, worcestershire sauce, maple syrup, olive oil, paprika, salt and pepper.
Place each slice of eggplant into the mixture, covering on both sides.
Place in air fryer, and cook for 5 minutes on each side at 400 degrees. Cook longer for crispier pieces. Enjoy.
