Breakfast Egg Sandwich

Ingredients

1 whole wheat english muffin

2 large eggs

2 slices of canadian bacon

1/4 cup of shredded cheese

Salt & pepper

Avocado or olive oil spray


Instructions

Heat medium/large sized pan on stove top on medium heat.

Toast english muffin in toaster or toaster oven.

While toasting, spray pan with avocado oil and heat two pieces of canadian bacon.

Flip after 1 minute, and place shredded cheese on top of each piece of canadian bacon.

Place toasted english muffin on plate, and place each piece of canadian bacon on top.

Spray pan on stove top again, and fry two eggs. Add salt and pepper.

When eggs are cooked to your liking, place on top of canadian bacon and english muffin.
