DEVILED EGGS

Ingredients:

18 Extra Large Eggs

Miracle Whip

Habanero Pickle Juice

Smoked Paprika

Dijon Mustard

Smoked Salmon

Bacon

Directions (Instant-pot)

1. Pour 1 cup of water with steam rack inside Instant Pot.

2. Place eggs on top of the steam rack.

3. Lock the lid and close the steam valve. Set to high pressure for 6 minutes.

4. After 6 minutes, allow to slow release on it’s own for 5 minutes, then release the remaining pressure.

5. Place eggs in a bowl with ice water for 5 minutes.

6. Press down to crack the egg, then roll and peel.

Deviled Egg Instructions:

1. Slice egg in half.

2. Put all egg yolks in a medium bowl.

3. Add miracle whip, dijon mustard, pickle juice, and mix.

4. Use a spoon and place on top of the hard boiled egg.

5. Sprinkle smoked paprika on top.

6. Add smoked salmon or bacon if desired.
