HEALTHY 7 LAYER DIP

Prep time: 15 minutes

Servings: 8-12

Ingredients:

1 lb lean ground beef 96/4

1 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt

3 medium avocados

2 jalapeños

1 bunch cilantro

2 limes

1 16 oz can fat free refried black beans

16 oz fat free cheddar cheese

1 cup of salsa

1 taco seasoning packet

1 2.5 oz can of black olives

2 roma tomatoes

Green onions

Instructions:

Brown ground beef in medium skillet and add half a packet of taco seasoning. Let cool.

Mash 3 avocados in a medium sized mixing bowl, and add diced jalapeños, chopped cilantro, and squeeze lime juice.

Mix the remaining taco seasoning with the greek yogurt in a small mixing bowl.

Using a 9x13 dish add the following layers:

Layer 1- Beans

Layer 2- Ground beef 

Layer 3- Greek Yogurt and taco seasoning mix

Layer 4- Guacamole mix

Layer 5- Hot salsa

Layer 6- Cheddar cheese

Layer 7- Sliced jalapeños

Layer 8- Slided tomato’s 

Layer 9- Sliced black olives

Layer 10- Green onions
